Tone of Voice
The tone of our communications must reflect the Wyffels Hybrids brand personality. It should feel as though it is coming from real people, as opposed to an impersonal corporation. It should feel confident, self-assured, sincere and at times, idealistic.
As was mentioned previously, our brand shares some of the same traits as our target audience. We’re free thinkers. We make our own decisions. We’re not dictated to. And that should always come through in the tone of our communications. And while we may sound idealistic at times, we can also connect using a more clever, conversational tone, just as two friends might have a conversation in the local coffee shop.
Of course, the tone or writing style should reflect the audience receiving the message. A less conversational and more formal style may be more appropriate for certain audiences.
